Has anyone got a picture of a RS500 alternator bracket fitted, as im struggling to make it fit?

Here is how it goes together:



If you haven't already done so you have to cut the lug off the block underneath it:
(This lug is missing on an RS500 block fitted to the road car)

Thanks very much for helping me out guys ..... what a crap idea these are, random hole with thread at the top with no use and compleatly missing the forth hole for the OE bracket to bolt to


But thanks again for your help I would have been a long time trying to work that out on my own.

does anyone know what that extra smaller threaded hole at the top is for? why not save money on materials and make it without the small threaded hole section?

will these drop brackets fit an escos or a 4 X 4 sapphire? would i need one if fitting a 2wd manifold on my escos and a T4 sized turbo?
