This is a Mk 1 prototype - one of two made so far for testing - by Allard Equipped.
Casting patterns have been modified slightly and 20 more are being cast right now in heat treated LM25 alloy.
As far as I know they'll be around £285 + including mounting hardware, gaskets, & cable clamp and can be supplied with fuel rail mounts for 2WD or 4WD
The standard finish is vapour blast aluminium but, obviously, can be supplied in polished or satin finish aluminium, or powder coated any colour in gloss, satin, or matt.

This is the second of the two prototypes produced. It has been modified from its original casting, it is 1 inch narrower (we have no need for huge power output on this engine), and the area around the throttle body mount has been changed(to enable us to mount it in this particular application).
It is pretty much a stock engine,205 block, 2wd pistons, 4wd head, 40 thou gasket, standard 4wd cams, custom exhaust manifold and an Eaton M45 supercharger (from a Mercedes 180),crank trigger and wasted spark all controlled by a Megasquirt management system. All fitted into this little baby, that weighs in about the same as a basic mk1 fiesta....
This combination has been on the road since July, we've had it on the rollers with a best so far of 175Bhp at the wheels and a whopping 270ft/lbs of torque (all at about 8lbs of boost)
