one other problem is he bought it off me for 4 grand ,but told his parents it was 2500.and that is what they put on his insurance valuation.

Unless he has agreed value i would of thought he will get a shit payout, although if he has wiplash claim in he should have enough for a reshell. Important thing he got out without serious injuries. The gutter is that it looked a low miles original minter
