Should be picking up a very clean Escort Gti tonight, with some nice, sensible mods.

Might change the wheels though, and a few other things, lets see some Mk6 Escorts for insipration! Mk 5's as well I guess, they don't look too different!

i love them wheels, they look similar to the arrowspeed? ones, a mate of mine used to have the arrowspeed wheels on a clio, looked the dogs danglies.
would look spot on imho with the centres sprayed anthracite

wouldnt sell orion for that, escort is a nice car but doesnt stand out harf as much as the orion

Well, I got kinda disheartened with the Orion as it's needing some work done - think the piston rings are on their way out - then I was offered the GTi cheap, so I kinda thought about just cutting my losses with the Orion, for the reliable, more affordable option.

But my mate had a shot of the Orion, and I got to see it on the road from the POV of another driver and I fell in love with it all over again! It looked amazing and couldn't believe how good it sounded!

So now I'm thinking about putting the Orion off the road and getting it up to scratch, but I don't know if I can afford it all, plus I've nowhere to store it so it will just sit on my drive

Hopefully I'll win the lottery on Saturday!
