My mates car, ran a 14.9. Only a standard XR2 engine with a turbo technics smokey T2 and a carb, he was well happy!

the fez is a 1.6 turbo with a 1.1 pop badge on he back LOL!!! he was a rite laugh, gave us a lift to the top of the area back to our stand...fun car!
