drew the cars by hand, but couldnt be assed colouring them by hand, so did the colour in photoshop, then just flipped the images for the reflection, and added a displacement map for the ripples!

text was done by just using a normal font, buggering about with the colour then adding some inner glow, drop shadow etc, but the water droplets were a pain in the a*rse!!!

Just followed a tutorial I found ont he net
