hi people! 
just wondered if anyone knows when classic car insurance applies to a car?
i was in the post office on friday getting road tax for my car and overheard some guy blabbing on how his 1991 escort qualified for classic insurance?
is this true??
how old does a car actually have to be? i have a g reg mk4 escort thats 17 years old.
