Hi Guys,

I was on the drift day at Oulton park today in my old Porsche 924. Unfortunatly after about 2 hours one of my heater hoses split and I lost all my water. After giving up trying to replace the hose I went and took some photos.

Looked fun Really impressed by 2 silver M3's round there they could certainly handle their cars

Was a good day.

We had bits and bobs in the van that may have helped fix your hose, we gave some parts to the Audi estate on track to keep it going, if only we knew you were struggling too

It was really good fun while it lasted. I'm not sure how it looked, but it felt like I was getting the hang of holding some pretty good slides. I did spin it a few times as well, but it is really cool when you get it right.

Theres another novice drift day in Febuary, but I don't know whether I want to risk the 924 letting me down again though.

Those M3's were the CSL versions with the carbon fibre roof. I've seen those guys drifting before, they are good. The guys in the Volvo estate does it alot as well.
