can anyone help please?imagination needed.

can anyone who,s good with photoshop please help out by doing me a new sig please?basically i want my car with snot rod and a cars background using the pics below

however, can anyone characture my car so it's shorter and looks more like a cartoon style .....

any suggestions are welcome
