Some Pics of my 4x4 Sierra Cosworth
Been on this website a few times before but never posted anything up so decided it was about time a few pics of my car found thier way onto PassionFord.
Had an extra day off work today so gave the car a wash and got the camera out, hope you enjoy.
A few pictures of the outside.
A few pictures of the engine, spec listed below.
Engine is running approx 330bhp thanks to MSD chip and closed loop lambda control.
Top End
Cylinder head development Stage 2 head.
Fully gas flowed and polished
Kent valve guides
Kent double valve springs
Re profiled Kent BD10 camshafts
Kent vernier pulleys
GGR cam followers
Bottom End
PJ Motorsport bottom end.
Fully balanced Crank, Rods and Pistons
Mahle 7.8:1 pistons with valve cut outs
High Pressure Oil Pump
ARP fixings
Turbo
Turbo Technics T34 on 2wd exhaust manifold and full mongoose stainless system, 3.5 inch rear pipe.
Engine Miscellaneous
Forge Motorsport RS500 Intercooler
PACE 50mm Radiator with uprated cooling fans
Spec R Breather system
Spec R Header Tank and Swirl Pot
Bailey Piston Dump Valve
Samco Boost and Water Hoses
Bailey Turbo Hanger
Grp A Coil
Transmission & Suspension
Recon Box
Alcon 6 paddle clutch
DOME front and rear diffs
Koni shocks
-25mm Chassis Dynamic Springs
17inch OZ Super T's
Brakes
Front Brakes - AP Racing 4 pot calipers with Comp Brake 330mm Rotors
Rear Brakes - Standard calipers with Comp Brake 300mm Rotors
Interior
Pretty much standard apart from a few gauges and Momo steering wheel.
Top centre air vent replaced with Autometer Oil Pressure, Boost and AFR gauges.
Lower storage compartment replaced with Autometer Oil and water temprature gauges along with a Nomad Racing ACT gauge.
Have owned the car for nearly 8 years now and just keep finding new things to change or upgrade. Would like a bit more power from it soon so planning to get it re-mapped to approx 400bhp.
Have decided to get an MSD coil pack conversion and a new engine loom before it's re-mapped and then maybe a full respray next year some time.
Thanks for lookin

Like that m8,
Remember when i had my 4x4 saph, i put gauges in the centre air vents. What a mare as i wanted them fitting flush from the back, so whole dash had to come out
Took ages, but end result was worth it
