Default Staffie Rescue Massive Walk (warning loads of pics)

Hi All, here are the Pics I promised from this topic https://passionford.com/forum/viewto...asc&highlight=

It was a brilliant weekend and as per usal the hotel was booked full of staffie owners I was a back marshall to make sure no one got left behind and that the walk ran without any probs

We set off from the hotel and we had the police to stop the traffic on the very busy A590

Here are the pics, Im the one with a Red top wearing a high vis vest with my staffie stopping any more cars comming into the car park as it was full so had to re direct them

My car in the background below

Some getting a head start below

High Dam

Back at hotel

And finally my dog knackard

We all managed to raise about 15k for the staffie rescue

Sorry about some pics as they were sent via email group and some are only on 56k so they had been srunk right down.

Well done on raising all that money for the staffies

I must say all those staffs look a bit to we behaved

This is Daz my pal, we've had him for 4 years now since he was a 7 week old pup.

My 7 month old daughter loves him to bit, she's always pulling on his tail, it don't bother him tho he thinks it's a game (oh yeah did i forget to mention he's stupid )

Sorry mate.....I meant the factory of a staffie around kids? She seems to think that if a staffie doesnt get enough attention, it could turn nasty?????

Some Staffs do require alot of attention, but it just depends on how you are with em.

Daz lays in his bed most of the day, it's only walk time when all hell breaks out

As for em turning nasty, i know loads of people with kids and staffies and the worst that ever happened is the kids getting knocked over. and if that cheaky chap in your avatar is your son looks like you'd have more trouble with him

Hi, the staffie has a nick name called "The Nannie Dog" so safe to say they are brilliant with kids its just the bad rep they get with some of the scum that puts people off them you find that its the smaller breeds e.g. terrier types that bite the most its just when a Bull breed does this its front page news but no one wants to see their cute terrier type breed in the paper

The above info was found in a survey
