Yeah, the handling's pretty good for a small runabout. Alloys and drop should have it gripping that black stuff nicely.
Mum's friend from work was selling it. Would've probably declined if it hadn't been black or at least had the cc bumpers. I'd never considered a Ka but the colour/bumpers make a big difference and it's really grown on me. The above mods should hopefully have it looking a bit tidier
Thanks for the post

I lowered mine and just had 15ins dark chrome wheels (wolfrace enigmas) and it made it look so much better plus a had a ss exhaust made for it along with a couple of other mods it was never going to be a fast car but at 18 at least the insurance wasnt too silly unlike the cars that followed once i sold it

Going to see a guy this weekend about a custom ss cat-back. A subtle 2.5/3in round tailpipe should sort the back end out nicely and compliment the sound of that K&N.
As for the wheels I'll probably go for a set of 15s, 16s tops - possibly some Mondeo wheels or TSW Pace multispokes. Any bigger and the traffic lights will jave gone to red by the time I get rolling
Those Wolfraces are nice, some dark wheels with the black car would look smart I bet.
Forgot to mention another future mod I've got planned is the subtle, flush boot spoiler which comes standard on the SportKa etc. Gives it an all round sportier look.
Like you say - cheap insurance, cheap to run, etc. Will do me for a while til I can justify the insurance on something a bit tastier
Thanks for the comments people

I'm pretty sure it is the collection, but it doesn't have the collection decals on the b-pillars. Bit confusing. Will have a look into that.
Alloys coming soon - I'm currently leaning towards some black 15in multispokes. Should be looking nice dropped on them with some drilled/grooved discs sitting behind
I'd love to de-tango the front lights but I think the only way to do that, without having looked too closely, would be to buy a new set of crystal clear headlamps which are about £100 the pair. Higher priorites at the minute, but maybe in the long run
I have some black grill mesh yet to fit so that front grill will be badgeless very soon. SportKa spoiler is also near future so watch this space.
Thanks for the c+c people
