I've only ever got into one discussion with Chip to my knowledge and it was just a normal discussion and yet reading his other posts/replies I found some of his chats and advice giving out of place at times, his attitude is a little off at times shall we say, dont mean that I'm insecure in anyway.

Im lost as to how you come to that conclusion???

Every need - this place abounds with saddo's whos life is made by being able to put the boot in. Its what this place has become & will remain.
Chip has gone, dont agree with it but he has. Grown men being spitefull behind his back when they are like little mice to his face are pathetic fools. The people making adverse comments on this thread are not kids but adults who should know better. Chip is just fine, he is an active member on several other sites & was carrying on yesterday as normal as i too visit other sites & he didnt mention or get bitter about the way he was treated on here.

2, would quite openly say the same to his face

I have an opinion of the bloke and he knows how i feel about him

He was a very very clever lad and nobody could ever say he wasnt , he oftern gave good advice to other folk and helped many members , BUT , he let himself down with his arogant cocky better than you attitude

He would belittle anyone at any chance and loved to try hard to cause people to fall out

He also ( as clever as he was ) was not always correct and when wrong would no way ever admitt it , as i showed on my wheel post , when he just made himself look a plonka and yet got arsey and try and turn it on others

No nobody is perfect , and i will admit i can probs be worse than some ,BUT there was simply no need for his constant digging at folk

This is all IMO tho

so please explain why because i have an opinion it makes me " insecure " ?

And as for not mentioning anything on other websites , its not exactly somthing you boast about is it . being banned from any website isnt somthing to be proud about and i would imagine there are some people on every other website he uses that feel the same about him as some on here ( good or bad )

I cant help it that i feel a bit chuffed he got banned , childish attitude ,maybee , but IMO it was long overdue

As i said he COULD be a fantastic lad and an asset to a website like this , BUT , constant belittling others will get you in bother at some point

 

North Yorks RS Spares is very insecure imo. It is clear from the outset he is not comfortable within himself and doesnt believe in his abilities.

He obviously has self esteem issues he struggles to deal with and is taking every chance he gets to talk badly of someone he feels is an all round better person than him.

I'm good friends with a couple of moderators of another forum that chip frequents, and they are always looking for a reason to ban him, his belittling and general massive ego is just the same there!

 

As much as he pissed people off IMO I do think passionford has lost a valuable member.

He would comment on threads with technical info if he could help regardless if he knew you or not - sometimes he would go too far other times he would be spot on but that can be said about other people on here too.

How many times have people read his posts and actually learned something.

Where as a lot on here just want to have a weekly grammer/spelling test

Sad loss of a good member IMO, I met him at a total vauxhall show and I can vouch that hes a perfectly decent guy, knows a hell of a lot about anything car related.

Chip in real life is a sound bloke i have met him very quietly spoken, a shadow of what he is like on here? (but he was on his own, i suspect he turns loud around his mates? Shame if he does)

not at all, he was with most of the guys from the vauxsport forum. When he was on his own, he was still just as quick to correct me in real life as he is on here

between him and tabetha, some of the best minds on passionford have gone. very sad
