put a for sale add on here for my 3dr cosworth on tuesday evening and about an hour later it was removed with no explanation at all. i am a gold member, and am not a motor dealer so wondered why?

i know that in the add i was umming and ahing about selling it or not, but would have for the right price! please explain yourselves moderators!

There was a price as well on the advert mate i couldnt see why it was removed either i thought you had requested it because you had taken a offer on the car

when someone states this or posts its sold the advert gets locked or removed to save people keep comenting on it and bringing it back to the top,

unfortunatley this happens were only human,obvioulsy your add caught the eye of who ever moved it,we get a few and miss a few,its nothing personal
you advert will get a lot of attentuion because of the car it is,these adds usually get full up with the usual rubbish,

Just seen this and thats exactly why I binned it.. I assumed as you were keeping it that you would rather not have people think you were still selling it and sending you PM's?

If its back up for sale then the advert can quite easily be reinstated if not then I dont quite see what the problem is?

When threads are marked as sold in the For Sale sections we will remove them. Yours was not for sale any more so i removed it for your benefit!!

Im not trying to be funny at all mate but i would have thought after you had said you were going to keep it you would have realised why the thread might have been removed....

no its ok mate. i think that we have both taken things the wrong way as reading someones text can be misconstrued as being sarcastic. i appologise if i have offended you and that i have taken the wrong way mate. dont worry about reinstating the add, as i think i will keep it.
