still shit

Not too bad for the USA but the ping time is only a tiny % of the speed issue.
The server still has to take time to think about and serve its reply and that is where the main holds ups are or have been

Keeps asking for my log in / password, when i TRY & get in to pf??.Even when i save them!!
Most times can even get in here!!

That sounds more like a cookie problem with your browser.

You need to add passionford.com to your list of safe sites, you'll know if the cookies are being blocked as when you login or at least attempt to it will show a little no entry icon in the bottom of the browser window.
