Nothing about you selling this car on behalf of another gold member!!

IF the car does, as you say, belong to another gold member, then why cant he/she just advertise it themselves thus avoiding any confusion in regards to who the vehicle belongs to?<!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

one min its advertised for a mate,then the next your mate says hes owns half and then you say its half yours and your other mate who obviouslt isnt the OP

Iam afraid buying cars to sell on or even strip for profit is classed as trading,call the tax office and ask them
so we are not getting hight and mighty we are following the rules set down by this site,go take a read of them mate it may help you

 

been classed as a trader means you have sell more than 5 cars a year i know that much regardless what it says on here ,anything below that isnt classed as trading ,

 

as I adviced you,go and have a good read of the rules

 

it doznt say i carnt buy a car to strip/or i carnt buy one to sell,just that you can only sell 4 cars a year an that my goldmember ship will be taken if i sell for a none goldmember ,

The thing that makes me laugh i know of people on here breaking lots of cars and selling the parts and there posts stay, even though thay are not down as being a trader, its must be if your face or keyboard fits)

Not taking sides and I am fully aware of the rules.....

But we have 2 gold members wanting to sell/break the same car ?
Whats the problem apart from them deciding who should do the selling !!!
What difference does it really make to the site ? NONE !
They havent tried selling more than 4 cars per year as far as I know.
Gold members are allowed to sell cars and parts in the correct room !!

Also, the statement about members profitting from other members is just rediculous in this situation.
You dont sell stuff deliberately to make a loss you want to make the best you can wether its a single car or bits broken no matter if you are a private individual or trader. !!!

What Pete said was that youre not allowed to buy car or parts with the specific intention of then selling them on here for a profit as that is classed as trading.

There is no problem with selling parts or cars that you already own on here and making a profit from them.
