Eh so i got it for being naughty ?

I got advised by admin for advertising more than 5 cars in a calender year is that why do you think ?

Yeah that'll be right, classed as trading I think. I got an infraction for 'trading', although I was passing on the remainder of a packet of plastic plugs (I had to buy a pack of 10 and only wanted 1), only wanted a couple of quid each to cover the jiffy bag and large letter postage, but I got an infraction for it!

 

i got mine form poting porn in the general section lol

 

I've just looked in your profile, Pete, RS Specialist has been in there 'nuff said.

You should have had a message about it, but in any case, if you look in your profile there will be a section detailing what infractions you've had, who dished it out and a reason.

It's obvious who gave it to you though.

It`s just an infraction, it doesn`t mean we hate you, or we`re stalking you or anything like that

What would you rather have, you complain when we ban people so we try to tone that down a little and use infractions more...... At the end of the day it`s just a little slap on the wrist and it expires too... it`s nothing personal from us so it shouldn`t really be taken personally by you lot, all that does it get people wound up into saying things they don`t really mean( Yes on both sides, none of us are perfect)....

Lighten up....... i hardly ban anyone anymore

i have looked into this and it looks like you just got a warning with no infraction points.

the infraction system can be a bit misleading but for example in your case Neo i believe it worked like this

Infractions 1/0 (0)

infractions or warnings given / infractions points (total infraction points)

so yours is 1 warning / no points (no total points)

so you did NOT get any infraction points just a warning / advisory that you had exceeded the amount of cars advertised for sale in a 12 month period on Passionford.

As you hopefully now will see you were infact treated very fairly and Pete just sent you a warning....

maybe this might be a message to the bandwagon jumpers who continuously seem to be on Petes case to get your facts right before constantly keep having a dig at everything he does!!

Pete is a highly valued member of the Mod team and aswell as running a business puts a hell of a lot of hours in to help the smooth running of this site so give him a break guys

have to admit i deserved mine but not going to lose any sleep over it just think about whet i am posting in future
where is the message rs specialist placed earlier i can not find it but it is in my emails why has it been removed ,was a bit bitchy

 

I removed it so it didn`t just turn into a slanging match between everyone and knock the post completely off topic..... I Think Marky`s post explains things a bit clearer so we are much better off being constructive than just fighting amongst each other

as to my comments I asked for it to be removed as i didnt want to lower myself to the standards of a certain member (not you)
as its been sais sometime people get a warning and sometimes they will get points for constantly breaking the rules
if anyone is unsure of the what there posting,just check the rules,it would save a lot of hassel for everyone.Then posts wouldnt have to be reported by your fellow members (certain members report more than others) we the mods have to deal with a serious amount of reported posts daily,unfotuntaley some mods are online more than others and those who are first to pick up the reported posts act on them straight away,

 

i commented on this mate because i have infractions on my account and was letting neo know why i had got it or is this not allowed,tell you what you let me know what i can comment on in the rules and i will only comment on those topics
as for a slanging match why write the post knowing that is how it would end up then getting it removed because you know people may think less of you

jesus christ here we go again,you were advertising braclets your wife was making,thats trading,sorry but rules are rules get over it,we wouldnt have picked up your advert BUT as usual one of your fellow members reported you,by the way no one said YOPU were a trader it was said you were TRADING
