Login probs

Hi there,i recently got hooked back up on line after a year.
i have been trying to login in but i have forgotton my old password.
Trouble is i cannot get into my old email address either.
My old user name is DALE 77 & old email add was DALEBIGPANTS77@AOL.COM.....
is there anything you can do so that i can use my
old account again many thanks DALE....

I know when i was choosing a name they had all been taken,
and my old work mate used to call me dale big pants
so i used it

but now im with another provider i cannot use that no more
