Frp ecu and ford???
Is it true that ford can reprogram a standard 1.7 ecu to frp spec?
If so how much would i be looking for ford to do this?
If anyone has a frp spec ecu drop me a pm
Cheers

Be better off just having a bluefin/dreamscience remap as the frp ecu wont give too much benifits without the cam's,inlet, and exhaust. Pumabuild/pumaspeed are the guys for this. Both got good reputations.
What mods you got already?

I've got the FRP mapping in my 1.7. I've only got a Milltek as an engine mod and the new mapping does certainly help. It's got a bit more torque as the torque limiter has been lowered somewhat. It's also now mapped for super unleaded so I can make use of those extra RON. Revs up to 7250 as well giving a few more suprises at the lights
Had mine done at Pumaspeed.
Fiesta Ben : It'll help your setup no end!!
PS: I doubt Ford would want to do it! Also depends what version of ECU you have. Mine and FRP's have the same hardware of ECU, so was just a re-programme. If you've earlier or later, you'll need some of the pins shorting together (forgot which, Tony at Pumaspeed knows ) to make it work.
