Passionford @ Ace Cafe May 3rd
SATURDAY 3rd MAY
Now in its 3rd year and after the last 2 years success we will be at the Ace Cafe again, 2014s is supported by Adrian Flux Insurance & Boostjunky and the likely to see the odd flux babe too, T shirts, Hoodys, Trophys, stickers all as prizes for Passionford exhibitors , The metropolitan police will be attending again as very welcomed invited guest's
Exhibitor parking is fully booked but there is plenty of FREE parking outside the cafe and i surrounding streets, This event is totally FREE to all visitors and you can come and go as you please, I do request all those exhibiting their cars in the cafe car park contribute Ł2 per car which goes towards the nights activities and ensures all the exhibitors get something to go home with rather than emptying my pocket
This event attracts some of the best Fords around from all areas of the Country, from Highly Modified to OE, Top ford mags as well as local press have covered this event in the past and will be there again in the form of Performance Ford magazine and the Harrow Observer

2, Strictly FORD's only on display in the car park but all car enthusiasts are welcome to park outside.
3, Anti social behavior will not be tolerated.
4, FAO of exhibitors the ace cafe does not allow food/drink bought from outside the cafe to be consumed on their premises.

I have tasked the judging to somebody very well trusted and thought of in the Ford enthusiast scene, it would be unfair to name him but once at the Ace Cafe regular show attendee's will know him straight away

Bookings for this event will not be taken until April 1st by me, do not contact the cafe as they are unable to help

FAO all invited exhibitors you will be automatically be entered in a competition and the winner and runner up receiving Trophys and T shirts and ALL exhibitors will leave with something so no invited passionford exhibitor goes home empty handed

After getting the thumbs up from Si I am happy to confirm performance ford magazine will be covering this event as well as local press, also I can confirm the Adrian Flux babes will also be attending for the 1st time and there will be Trophys, Tshirts, Hoodys and stickers as prizes on the day

Although we are a few months away from this great event I am busy as ever behind the scenes in preparation, 1st batch of T shirts arrived today and huge thanks to Adrian Flux for their support as there is more in store

i'm hoping to book a spot myself, but even if i do, there's not guarantee the car will be legal to get there or that i might be able to get out of working so if that's the case i'd rather book and then have the option to pass it on to anyone on the reserve list when everyone starts to book on may 2nd

I wont be taking any prior bookings for this event until april 1st so I suggest you keep an eye on this thread chaps, PF regulars will get priority over any applications from elsewhere on the web, the main reason I do this is to stop people saying they want a space and then blowing out which in turn means I have to turn people away trying to reserve a space for a no show, spaces are allocated by me only and not by the cafe so my word is final on all matters relating to Cafe places
