no mate he meant starting to take bookings but its fine as I will look at all application based on if they have attended or supported passionford before etc and not someone just signed up to get a space as that wont happen as demand is high for these places

Could you put me down on the list please Steve. If I'm lucky enough to get a space I will be in an Racing Puma of some sort.
In regards to some of the previous posts, I could of stayed up to the earlier hours of this morning to register my interest. Or even at 6am when I leave for work. However I thought I would ask Steve the best time for me to register my interest.
I've organised club stands and bookings of shows in the past, I admit not to the scale of this event. But I know It takes a lot of time and effort, with no pay to organise these events.
If I've missed out for posting my interest at a sensible time, then so be it! I would prefer to treat people the way I would expect to be treated and not rush, harass and pester the organiser to get something. I'm pretty sure Steve has a lot of other things to do in his life than sit here and go though everything.
So thank you Steve for taking the time to organise these events, it does mean a lot to some of us.

Thank you Aaron class words and is much appreciated as its not often people recognise the behind the scenes long term planning that goes into these events especially when I run all the events and shows single handed, although saying that for this one event I have recruited a very reputable Judge for the prizes who loves his Fords and is well known to Passionford and the rsoc for being as honest as the day is long

I will be operating a reserve list for exhibitors as a back up, but note there is space for 1000s of cars outside the cafe and in surrounding streets so get there early for a prime spot, there is NO entrance fee and is totally FREE so you can all come and go as you want, there will be a specific exhibitor thread going up later today with full details of those lucky enough to be chosen to take part in PassionFords night.
If your name is not on the list then I will put it on the reserve list on a 1st come 1st served basis

Hi Steve , could you put me on the reserve list, I was there last year (in fact my 2 focus RS's are the blue and white one's next to the white sierrra cossy on the pavement in the 2nd pic ! we were representing the Oxford rsoc) cracking evening and would love to attend again,

If I had Ł1 from every pm I have had over this show accross all the ford forums I would have a mint RS500 on my drive right now, WOW response has been brilliant from all clubs so just 3 weeks to go now,
Dont forget there is plenty of parking for visitors to this event and its FREE as is the event so just bring spending money
