Well i got my new toy, it's a pearl white limited edition k9 gsxr 600 with only 4500 miles and one owner from new with full suzuki service history. Some after market bits, scorpion carbon end can, tail tide and a double bubble tinted screen. It rides perfect...will post some pics today.

Get some pics up please :0) I love how these Gsxr look and how they ride, have you done any mods ? I was using a yzfr 125 which was using £15 a month in fuel and £16 a year road tax the only down side the bike was struggling on the hills or I would keep using that .

The 900/1000s were the only ones given the "Fireblade" name..

The CBR600's (and the RR's) are very user friendly and forgiving, not as quick as some others out there (to be honest that's on paper... Its only for when the knob ead pulls up next to you and says his can do 0-60 in 3 seconds - congrats mate - you can read a spec sheet!)

I think suzukis would make a mean track toy - would love a gixxer 6 to throw about. Have currently a 02 Blade, a 98 VFR and a 05 Hornet.

Got some bits for the Gsxr this week some r&g crash bungs for the front forks and body...

The one on the left side fairing you have to make a 28mm hole so I took both fairing off and used the right side one to make a template

Heres a pic of them fitted

I've been using 7 x 5 on my last 2 bikes and never had an issue.

I think so long as you use the proper font, just a bit smaller and don't have a bike hating local plod you're usually ok..

I know 7 x 5 is not legal and if I get stopped then fair do's, I cant complain about it..

Mines disconected it came like that. I have a standard up grade yosi tri oval system so the link pipe has the valve in it but theres no cables going to it. I'm guessing the motor that must move the cables it still conected as I have no warning lights on and I've read if the wiring is disonected it brings a fault light up
