Flackwells open on Wednesday during the week (as long as the weathers half decent) And as im sure you can imagine its alot quiter than on the w.ends so that would be an ideal time for you to go an get some practise in..... All the jumps are rollable & the kids use the same track so its gd for starting out on just take it at your own pace and dont try going to quick until youve got the hang of the bike & are comfident with the track.... I take it youve got all the safety gear etc ?
I will prob be up there sat i think..
Also you can look hear http://forums.mxtrax.co.uk/ plenty of gd info to be had as well as bike & spares for sale an track info etc etc........
What years this cr 125 youve got then?

No theres a home made track in watford. All legal, would never just go across fields etc.
Yeah you might be right mate, the last owner went a tooth down on the front and a couple of teeth up on the rear. Just wheelies or wheel spins till about 4th gear!

http://www.whaddon4x4mx.co.uk/motocross.html
They arnt open very often but they have an open day at the end of the month , you get to use the mx track which is pretty flat & they have a 4x4 course which is closed to the 4x4's on these days, and its massive theres feilds an feilds to ride round to gain confidence etc.... Maybe taking my m8 whos never lifted his leg ova a bike because he wants to learn to ride...

new rear tyre, I think its because the grounnd was quite loose.
If you want details of where we went, we were the only ones and would be perfect for a beginner! quite flat as well.

Yer if you dont mind m8, there are hardly any places to free ride these days and i have been looking for alternative place to get my m8 started off... I did once hear of a place in watford were a few people rode but there was apparently trouble with travelor type people turning up an making off with peoples bike etc I take it theres nothing like that? Have you known of the place / used it for long ?

We parked at the concrete bollards next to the fishing lake, but u then have to walk the bikes 100 yards down the road and turn left into the woods which opens out onto a track.
If you find out its one that gets pikeys up there let me know please.
