Herts Safety Camera Partnership has netted a £1.2m profit after running costs and the installation of new equipment.

But yet they still say it's not about numbers

I love the way they claim a xx% drop in accidents. How the fuck can you say an accident will happen at a certain location??? The arguements these arseholes use are so flawed it's untrue
