Otto is the only company that have ever made 1:18 Sapphire lattice wheels.
Maybe find someone with a 3D printer to replicate

Latice may be difficult to do unless someone is into the small scale. I have been doing some Rondell's to go on an escort cosworth
Need to work out wheel offset LOL

They may be possible on a different printer type as some do the small gaming figures. But unless I strip my printer to fit a very small nozzle I think all the detail would be lost. There are a few Facebook 1:18 parts pages and there are a few that have a recommended or avoid seller list

ive just got out a mk2 focus st to add some 20” fifteen52’s to see what they look like lol

http://miyminimodels.com/ do 3D printing and create wheels from scratch. Perhaps email them.

Think they do resin sls prints but not sure. The parts they show are quite detailed.

had a go at a wheel for Paul Linfoot’s touring car. It came out better than I thought.
