hello
despite telling myself over and over to finish my evo and sierra before starting more, ive started another scooby
got it like this for bargain monies;

but it sat in a box for ages cause i hated the colour, then i got bored one day and made it look like;

then i broke a wheel and the spoiler come off so it went back in a box
fast forward till last week,

got the big spoiler off model motorvations, waiting on wheels and another set of bolt on arches for it, wanting it to look something like this;

painting it metallic red, similar to the toyota below, not sure whether to do the bonnet, roof and wheel arches black or not though..
inspired by;

atm just doing the front & rear bumpers, rear will be easy (same as black impreza above) and its nearly there, fronts a bit more difficult theres a lot to file away, spoiler just needs filler and the brake light fitting, will get pics at the weekend

just thought id bump this up so i dont lose interest..
still havent finished taking all the paint off, but since you cant see much of the engine bay anyway i did my best and painted it up to test the colour out

then started on the front bumper, the drawing is the 'concept' and on the right how it started

then to this..

then cut out the top spoiler blade from the 22b wing, to make it easier to sand/fill and cause im making a add-on part to make it even bigger..

will be putting the original brake light from the small spoiler in it too once i get it sitting right, some reason they look droopy on the original cars :s
then the back bumper, cut out a small part of the lower skirt for the diffuser, filled the swage lines and made the plate recess JDM size

once thats sanded back ill give it a lick of primer then put the do luck spats on (as above on the black one)
