Hi all,

Here the progress so far of my Hot Wheels Focus Wings West. Bought on eBay for £10.50 (£5 + £5.50 p&p) mint in box, I couldnt being myself to use this one. So instead, I used my loose one I bought off eBay Canada a few years ago.











Striped with nitromors and primed, here we are. No filling to be done on this one.



Just need some large wheels (OZ Superturismo style) & some decals for this (focus, wings west, oz).

Ive created the exact car on Forza3 (except for the mid boot wing) so I know what it will look like

Well, this is the one I created on Forza3.



Couldnt find a metallic yellow, so went with this instead. Not as orange as I hope'd thothe pic looks like it is. Its similar to the colour off the mk1 mondeo si, that peachy colour.



Its had 2 coats with the doors off now another 2 coats with them on. One door is a tight fit with the frame, it almost catches it.

Just need a set of wheels similar to forza.

Its now fully painted & laquered and hardening off.

Now started on the door windows.



Was going to paint the blue bit black to match but as it comes off with non acetone nail polish remover pads, it may stay clear.

 

The Focus WW is finished well, apart from a few decals











Interior has been left totally standard. I have added something new for a PassionFord modified model, flocked floor mats.





Also added a tiny Ford decal to the boot that was left over from my RS1600i.

thats look brilliant mate are you going to paint the wheels the same colour as the car

The wheels are gonna stay this colour. If I find a style of wheel the suits it and are 38mm wide & 15mm deep (17mm deep on the rear), then I will swap them over.
