made some 17" wheels myself as the originals are bit on the small side.
will have them available soon in resin 4 sale.

 

this will sound like a daft post but who did a say i might have a convertible roof knocking about they could have?

 

I was just going to say love the look of those wheels would look cool on a series one

ive got a resin 1 same as mk3 cab.

oh bugger thats why i was getting all the rs1600 bits as ive brought another WHITE cab and was going to do a rs1600i cab on the quiet

 

ive got a plastic peice thats supposed to be a folded down soft top kicking about, from a bmw z3. if its any use to anyone?

 

ditto, saves me writting it again

 

i will need some for my new cab then, at least i know it will look good

ive started another model 2nite
i want a white rs500 road car model in autoart
so i desided to do it to my texaco
the first thing i did was change the headlights,bak lights,interior,exhaust & some engine parts


& then put them bits on the yellow 1


then i realized the the texaco had no sunroof,no side stripes,2 petrol caps & bonnet pinns which i didnt want on the road rs500,
so i changed it all bak over to the yellow shell so thats getting painted white now lol
the texaco will be goin yellow lol
i changed the boot because the rs500 spoliers was of a minichamps & dont fit properly

Glad iam not the only one that thinks that, thing is its them prices that hike up our hobby which then gets us bother from her indoors

roy i love my skylines but not enough to get one of every colour and livery like that bloke
the cossies are looking awesome, you gonna paint the interior of the race one yellow to match the outside? would look mint with the cage all done etc too

Im getting a nice little bonus from work this month,hmmm now what do i fancy,i have some empty room in my cabinets

 

yeah i kno that abit over the top,

not sur wot colour the cage should be tho

 

do everything yellow with graphite wheels & details, do the front a-pillars of the cage graphite too as if it was to stop glare, would look mint.

Quite well so far cut down the cab and doing external cage at mo

 

lucky sod lol they just made 5 people redundant at my place and we was all up for it all last week but i hung in there

 

here's the escort with the new alloys! had too trim the inner bit of the wheel so they fit nice with the tyres which are from the standard escort wheels,the wheels also went on the car easy too!

i also lowered the escort & the suspention still works!
