just a quick update on my chevy nova recovery truck conversion just added filler to the sides of the cab and now waiting for that to set then im painting it blue with gold detailing and gold bonnet i've also painted the wheels gold aswell

Not got a real plan for it yet. Just going to make the flat bed in the back then add a window if I can to the back of the seats.

Debating wether to cut the interior base in half so the flat bed can be deeper.

 

would be nice to see some under bonnet shots mate

how does milliput work ive never used it before any help please

 

ive never used it either mate but i think it comes in two parts mix two together and shape it on the model as far as im aware !

 

Take 2 equal amounts from each side,
Mix untill all one colour, and no streaks.
Use a little bit of water so it dont stick to you or tools,
Mounld it onto what ever you need to do,
Allow to start setting off ie 3 hrs
Trim a little with sharp knife if you need to
After 24hours it should be hard and then you can sand, tap, drill or cut it

aint got the parts i need for my mk1 pickup, its missing the chassie so trying to find a cheap mk1 which is impossible

hi mate take an evan amount and mix it together till its 1 colour, then when applying it to the car use some water on your fingers to get the rights shape and a much smoother finish, leave 24h to fully dry then sand with any kind of sand paper, a file can be used on it if so.
