Default Brentacre insurance the best i've found

I have always had modified cars & vans I am 50 now & used Adrian Flux since I was 20 they was the best but are now too big department after department, the last straw was when someone hit my perfect black T5 Sportline Transporter (small crease down one side) they transferred m over to Accident exchange that deal with the repairs the hire vehicle etc. Well the van was not repaired to a good standard overspray, when they polish it they had burnt though the paint on edges. if that was not another when it came to court they had given me a bigger van, extra time for the body shop so the other insurance would not pay. These claims companies make their money off hiring their vehicles out. I find them too expensive now & hard work to deal with. I now use Brentacre they are what Adrian Flux was like years ago. I now have everything insured with them 6 vehicles (yes I am a real petrol head). As far as I last know they insure Red Victor One, chairman of the Jensen owners clubs car, I have a interceptor. There is no different department just really helpful & cheaper than Flux so sorry to Adrian Flux but you have just got too corporate so no personal touch to be honest I would even go with Brentacre if they was more money. What is also funny is if you Google Brentacre Adrian Flux comes in front of them it just shows to me that they know they are better so with all their money & top web people they can push in front as they cannot risk competing with them on fair terms rather than being better.
I have not posted this for an argument just to give my experience to help others

Hi,
I'm not going to get into arguments either. I appreciate your honest comments regarding our company and will pass them on to the powers that be.
Regards,
Dan.

Dan I run my own business & it think its good to receive constructive criticism & give it, no one including me want to change insurance companies I think a good idea would be a separate section for specialist cars etc that can deal with all queries to give that personal service its not just money its that your insurance looks after your car as much as the owners. The biggest thing was that Accident Exchange thing rather than Adrian Flux dealing with it to the end.
Cheers
Ian
