the story goes i was driving down road past about 10 parked cars a skip lorry then started coming up i ended up knocking off a wing mirror off one the parked cars i stopped said was sorry it was a newish car so said go through insurance next thing i know the person wants to claim whiplash how the hell is that possible i dont think any injuries could ever be caused from knocking a wing mirror off

 

That's what people are like these days lol! The wear there's blame there's a claim culture fucks all of are insurance up!

Inform the police and your insurance company that they are making a fraudulent claim.

 

i'd be looking to get pictures of the damage caused, if you dont have any, try and pay thier house a visit and get some. you need to show the only damage was a wing mirror

Also take pictures from a few angles and distance.
As well as the other panels of the car to show no other damage in case he decides to add some for the claim.
