Can anyone help me? I had full NCB up until i left the UK in 2001, now im coming back and need insurance but cant remember who I was insured with to get my NCB back. I tried DVLA as I had the details of the last car insured but thats all. They couldnt help.

 

Unless you kept a car insured on the polict then it will have lapsed. Most insurers only allow a two year gap between cars being covered after that you lose all of your NCB and have to start from fresh.
