Hi Guys..
Mike bashing aside, many thanks for your positive comments.
We've had a difficult year systems wise, we tried to improve our I.T. infrastructure and had been lured by a company who promised an awful lot but let us down badly.
This has been rectified, but everyone has suffered (certainly management & staff here, plus a handful of our customers have experienced sub standard or adverse service in this interim period) between July 2007 - June 2008.
It's a case of lesson learned, despite having a contract stating capabilities this did not transpire and we opted for a replacement system which went live after due diligence on 01st June 2008.
So, it's back to business as usual now.
Kind regards
Tony
