My first ever item for sale on E/bay

My Pro street mk2 escort .
I have had 2 people bidding against each other and one of them Colinmk1 has been bidding and as soon as it reached the reserve price ( which was his bid ) he retracted the bid its clear to me he is just a complete tosser and a pennyless wanker and shit himself when it reached the reserve ,,WHY DO PEOPLE DO THIS ???
I will teach him as i will do the same to every item he has for sale ,,and he has a lot

ive enver retracted any of my bids, but have had lots of retracted on my items, just something you have to deal with. and its well within the rules. dont even get wound up

Colinmk1 is a tosser!!! I bid on a cossie dizzy and leads from him and won them for only Ł2!!! Bargain I thought, but despite sending him loads of emails and messages via ebay he would not reply to me to give his address to send money to! A few days later he gave me bad feedback quoting" Non paying ebayer!!!"

Really pissed me off, the reality was probably that he didnt want to sell the items for Ł2 as he had expected them to make more money!!!

why ??? if you know how much money you have available .. and you bid that amount ... why would you go up and up over your limit ??? and then think oh dear i have made an error .. dont think so really ..

and deffo agree with karl on his point of view ... that pisses me off when your winning an auction and its pulled because its not made enough money ... thats the point of ebay .. to get bargains...

To all those who defend the tosser

He has bid on the car 4 times and was outbid ,,he then bid one more time which took it to reserve met and 15mins later he retaracted his bid ,,so this throws out all your excuses for hIm
He new exactly how much he was bidding as he only bid up an extra Ł50 from the top bid which was only Ł100 more than his last bid ,, so he new exactly how much it was going to cost him ,
I wont sell it to him if he bids again i will cancel his bid ,,I dont need his money

most serious buyers bid in the last minute of auction, you sure as hell 'as a buyer anyway' don't want someone to see what you're willing to bid as you could lose the auction

anyone who retracts a bid on any of my auctions gets fired straight onto my blocked bidder list

bid retraction=timewasting tosser imo

i sometimes have people asking why i have blocked them after an auction ends when they have tried to bid on a part they really needed

You're selling it at a reserve price, so it wont sell for less, and it goes what it goes for.

personally i would say the complete opposite

the auction hasnt ended and they have said by retracting the bid that they are not willing to pay for the item.

the BETTER ebayers if u ask me.

they could leave the auction end with them having the winning bid, and THEN not pay.
