He has bid on the car 4 times and was outbid ,,he then bid one more time which took it to reserve met and 15mins later he retaracted his bid ,,so this throws out all your excuses for hIm
He new exactly how much he was bidding as he only bid up an extra £50 from the top bid which was only £100 more than his last bid ,, so he new exactly how much it was going to cost him ,
I wont sell it to him if he bids again i will cancel his bid ,,I dont need his money
