what are the loudest dump valves ?

And which ones give the subaru bird sound ?

You mean "chatter"

NO dumpvalve makes that sound.

Literally, that noise will come from removing all dumpvalves (even std recirc ones) and fitting a cone filter.

Apart from on ERSTs as the gay metering head muffles the noise

Mines Chatters pretty well.

If I HAD to fit a Dump Valve, it would probably be a recirculating one or a 'proper' one such as HKS SQV etc.

why is a HKS SQV so "proper"? They owt special, jus a twin piston BOV that costs too much...

No better sounding or better working than most others...

i have a group A dump valve. bought it purly for the sound alone and its loud as bollox. Its all down to personal apinion i think so if you like the sound have one and if you like the chatter leave it alone. I love the sound although some people think it sounds like a bus

Personally I think the Greddy type-r/s sounds good

If you want chatter on a scooby. Simple way to get it. Take the line from the inlet manifold to your standard d/v and pull it off. Plug it with a screw or similar.

Go for a drive.
