just wondering can anyone shed some light on this as the same thing has happened to me twice this week, i was travelling to the gatso, the gatso being on the other side of the road it flashed twice, does it take photos of both sides of the road?

 

as long as there are no lines on the lane of the road you are in when it flashes you're ok. They have no way of proving your speed.

 

Happens all the time

 

If its old style one dont worry about it! Happened to me few times and never been caught. The old ones can only catch u driving away from it!

 

A Gatso isn't type approved to get oncoming traffic due to the flash.

I was told if it flashes you on the other side its in 'free roaming' mode and has no film left.
