Default In car Video filming using bullet lense??

How do I go about filming using a bullet cam & is my Vid cam suitable for usage with a bullet cam.

Vid cam is a Cannon MV5

essentialy what im looking to do is use a hidden bullet cam under the bonnet behind the grill of car to attatch to the video cam which will be in car.

Can it be done with this cam?

How do I wire it up?

What do I need to buy to make it work.

Basicaly any info would be much appreciated, Im clueless as to how I go about doing the above.

cheers

Does your camera have AV in?

If not your scuppered.

If it does get one of these

I've bought from this seller, good ebayer, just make sure you order the PAL one not a NTSC one

Connecting it is a piece of piss.

Battery pack powers camera (or get a regulator and run off battery) and plug the AV into the camera. Simple as that

Cheers lads

what doesnt help is that the instructions I have are French Dutch & Italian NO Idea where the English Manual is.

I have a yellow(socket which when linked to an adapter then links to a scart for viewing through tv) It is marked as Av & has a headphone symbol beside it. Is this an AV IN?

There also is a S Video socket??

Also a DV Out plug.

does that help I really am here lol.
