Default My dad crashed today

nasty crash and a fair bit of damage

30mph on a greasy corner

He walked away with no cuts or bruises

lucky he hit the barrier,would have been a bit different if he went down the enbankment into something else or someone down there.

Good to see your dad was unhurt and the car did exactly what it was suppose to do. Protect the occupants by crumple zones collapsing, Airbags and pre-tensioner seat belts activating.
An older car and it would have hurt a lot more.
Hes just got to get a new car now.

sorry to see that happen, at least he is alright. very surprising the damage that can be done at that speed.

got one of them mk6 fiestas myself, good job it done its job protecting though.

30mph? bloody hell! amazing what damage you can do at those speeds. Its probably because he hit something solid and there was no "give" in the barrier. Glad he's ok though.
