Right i dont know how to make a web site which i think is pretty shocking in this day and age Anyone know where i can get software or even what its called thats good for a begineer etc? As i would like to have a go at making a web site but offline first to see how i can make it look, for a little idea i have

personally best bet is microsoft frontpage.. its easy peasy and what i use for my site, nothing clever just shows my pics here

Get a copy of Dreamweaver MX. The tutorials will guide you through. There's loads of guides out there on the Web too. A copy of photoshop is handy too.
