Default Got my 4-2-1 manifold fitted yesterday.

I would like to say thanks to filthyrichie (Chris Richie) for doing all the work to my car

I got my thottle body changed from my 1.8 to a 2 ltr one

Then changed my manifold with de-cat pipe

Will have to sort that rust out under there

and now have this an ashley 4-2-1 manifold with de-cat pipe

And what a difference the car feels

Steve

It feels much better I am off to a rolling road at the weekend to see what the difference is

The Asley manifold was from Demon Tweeks Ł180 and Chris Richie phoned them and sorted this out, they dont list it on their web site but do sell them.

The manifold fits straight up to my magnex exhaust system with just one little problem Chris had to take the rad out as he couldnt quite fit it in with the rad on

The Thottle body was just off ebay

I've got the same manifold on my Fiesta (had it for about 8 months now)..... seems to help the car rev alot easier higher up the rev range.

Ashley call it a universal fit for all Zetec FWD cars (well they did when I got mine), I had to make a 10" link pipe to link it to my Magnex system on the fester

Didnt have to make anything for my Mk6 as it was a straight on fit try phoning Demon tweeks and ask them about it for yours

And it does seem to help the car rev easier
