Yes.
Its not so much power that makes a car wheelie off the line anyhow, its the way the car is set up.

And 10.8 dont need massive power when you got that much grip off the line. If hes got a 60ft time of something crazy like 1second then his terminal would only need to be about 110 i bet, so not huge power, esp in a mega light car.

BDGPinto is definitely capable of those kind of times.. i'm pretty sure the harris (HPE) lot aren't far off that and their cars are road legal.
