Then have to yell across the couter twice as they start filling up the cup with ice Worst one was this fooking chav just-got-out-of-young-offenders type knob, and when I said about no ice, he repeats back to me "coke, no ice?" so I said "yeah, coke with NO ICE" and he mumbles "no ice" while he's working out what button to push.

Then he comes back with a coke FULL of ice So I just stared at him, stared at my coke and stared at him. He looked a bit blank really, so I had to point out I wanted "NO FOOKING ICE YOU COCK END"

To be fair, we're only 3 weeks into this year. If you can keep it up till July. It'll be an achievement.

Same goes for a Gym. Why pay (the extortiate fees) when you've got all that free outside stuff near your house. Go for a walk into the town centre. Run aroud the local park. Do press ups whilst watching the TV.

IMO if you can do it fairly local, you're more likely to do it than if you have to travel any amount of time to get to a Gym.

IIRC There is a reason for this..

VAT has to be paid on food eaten 'in' and not on take-away food. It doesn't matter to you cos McD and most other places like KFC pay your bit of the tax if you eat in. Or it might be the other way round

Might not sound like much but when you're a circa 3 times a week eater then it becomes clear how hard this is for me! Plus there are 2 5 minutes in either direction from me

I've been pretty addicted and was always having them saturday and sunday bare minimum.

Plus I ate a full large meal plus a cheeseburger every time.

As for the gym, it's 5 mins down the road. Outside in the cold or inside in nice facilities, working out whilst ogling hot women in tight exercise gear? I know which I prefer

As for Ogling. I can see the attraction. But try and remember that you'll be a sweaty blubbery mess, so theres no chance of pulling

Haha not at first I know. But give it time. I'm more looking to tone up and fat burn than actually lose weight, seeing as muscle weighs more than fat anyway

I go to the gym, cos its on my cycle route home from work. Agreed you can do most things without paying for it - but at least if I do pay, it gives me some more motivation to actually do it. And of course there the perv'ing to be done

Not food i know, but after feeling bad for a few weeks and having bad stomach pains, i built up courage to go to the doctors.

After checking me out, she said do you drink alcohol which i replied yes, cider.

Well i was told in no uncertain terms that i had to stop as it was causing the pains by attaching my stomach, because of the acid.

Its been three weeks now with no drink, which i have been used to for a long time.

I am not a full blown piss head, but half blown piss head.

It's scary what you could be doing to yourself by eating or drinking shite.

But when i thought i was going to curl my toes up, my will power kicked in, and i do feel better for it.

Will just have a drink at the weekend when i have fully recovered.
