Can anyone identify this PLEASE

Buzzes like mad when I connect the battery up, if anyone know what it is, located under passenger side of dash on 3 Door. Thanks

not got a manual, and I doubt a lights on buzzer would pull nearly 30Amps. Got two plugs going to it, each with 4 wires that are about 2mm thick, so pretty heavy cable
