Default Rear Brake Shoes on RST .... ????

Has anyone ever looked into upgrading the rear brake shoes in the orginal RST rear drums ??? If so anyone go any info on whats available?

My rear shoes will need replacing and just wondering if it better to hunt about and see if theres a better shoe available then the std ford ones, i.e a shoe from Mintex, Ferodo etc ?

BTW i DONT want to do a rear disc conversion, im quite happy with the rear drums thanks
