My mate is selling his MR2 Turbo....
He's selling all the modifications he got for it off, but when hes returned it back to normal, hes selling it, and at a silly price too.
Just been checking out everything with the banks and the phools would actually give me a loan to buy it too.
God this is soooo tempting....

I already have mate
which is why I want one.
He got it from a garage that did 3ks worth of work on it. Supposed to be about 300 odd bhp....

Trust me, the amount its going for its well worth it. With a bit of TLC if I sell it should easily be able to make at least 50% profit on it.

Mr2 Turbo range HUGELY in price. There's one on trader for Ł1900 with 77000 miles on it, blitz, 16's, etc. What "tlc" does it need? Great fun cars though

That's very cheap for a T-bar!
If it's mechanically sound, then I'd be biting his arm off, especially as 2k isn't a huge amount if you have to borrow.
When was the cambelt last done? Clutch?

All the cambet and clutch stuff was done recently. Just needs a good service and a set up! But its ran spot on with him for the last year with nothing more than a boost leak! Which is why I'm after it.

Buy it. That's fuckin cheap.
A rev 2 tubby with circa 70k miles is 3k all day long.
You will NOT regret it.
