Woodford Garage and Simon, Please Read
Well what can i say about Woodford Garage Motorsport that hasn't already been said?
Yesterday Me and my mate Mark phoned Simon@Woodford RE: Marks car which suffered a snapped cambelt over a year ago and has been off the road ever since
Now Mark wanted to know what options were availble to him for the budget he wanted to spend etc. Mark is a Ford mechanic (one of the good ones, he does all the work on my focus and cossie when i had it) so knows how to put the engine together etc.
Well we phoned Simon at 4pm yesterday and i think we finally put the phone down at 6:30pm. A full hour after closing time
Mark and i both chatted to simon on a speaker phone and i really have to say the advice he gave really impressed Mark (and myself). He saved us a lot of money by not selling us stuff we didn't need, and gave valueable tips on things to do when putting the engine back together.
The result was from just having a chat with Simon, Mark has now ordered all the bits he needs to rebuild his engine to 400bhp spec (which his always wanted) The prices Simon gave were fantastic as always and the advice was first class.
I would totally recomend Woodford Garage to anyone, Simon is the most honest, down to earth guy, who is not out to make a quick buck or sell you something you don't need.
It was such a pleasure dealing with Simon and woodford. Myself and Mark felt it only fair we share our experince with the rest of you. As Mark works at Ford he doesnt get to go on the internet so i promised i'd do this on his behalf.
I know there is another post saying how great they are etc but i just wanted to let you know our recent experience

this is the third day that i have seen woodford garage on this site being praised,i just ordered my bits the other day and i came off the phone pleased with service and advice they had given woodford garage top blokes
