yeah id easily speak about how I wanted an rs since I was 5 and lived up my dream when I was 17.
Theres lots of ideas, maybe someone could contact the BBC or something as it would be something different that would get millions of viewings

Im sure there are lots of people with other interesting stories.
maybe restorations. we could get a big list of features, and people willing to speak about their cars or experts giving advice to thoise wanting to buy

why do you say that? if we give them good enough reason to im sure it could happen. look at the amount of members on here for example. if half of them watched it surely it would be worth while

What would make them think that?
I dont class this kind of cars as chav, a program on corsa's with pink resprays maybe but mark 2 escorts etc I dont think so. Especialyl as there are a lot of older folk involved

aNYONE qho has a remote interest in cars will find it interesting.
for exaple yu are into fords but youd prob still watch a program about the v dubbers just for the banter.

the rs owners days up here are never classed as chav.
who even cares end of the day folk who slag off people with decent cars are jealous usually. theyd really love to have a head turner but cant afford it or are more interested in the 13" hub cap range at halfords for their fiat mutipla or almera

As much as it's something that would be interesting to us we would all, totally be seen as Chavs and made to look like them. My brother will confirm it as he works in TV....there's not enough enthusiast interest in the world to warrant a car-enthusiast style show apart from main-streamers like Top Gear.
Back in the day (7 yrs ago and it still makes me cringe)...gash power featured my car and literally 'made up' all these things I was supposed to have said. Next thing I know I'd had offers from various tv channels (4 and 5) about a particular show they wanted to do.....you know it wasn't going to be about car enthusiasts! I know other people this happened to too...like K3V HA.
Why blame them either....when you drive around any town it's full of chav cars and people will always associate us with that I'm afraid no matter what we say/do
