where canm i buy a pannel cut to the size i want with the writing of my choise cut out of the pannel for a boot build ive seen lots of ice installs with them look cool

 

You can get perspex sheets from anywhere like b&q etc, if not look in your yellow pages for plastic suppliers. Then just cut it to size. Using masking tap along the line you're cutting though to avoid the jigsaw blade cracking the perspex.

 

as above then rill out your writing and wet and dry the inside to a very fine grade and it will be transparent like the front
