Default Carbon fibre pannelling? Flocked dash? Perspex windows?

Anybody on here know of any places that could make/supply me some carbon panels for my esc RS?? Also looking for somewhere that can flock dashes and supply perspex windows?

All help much appreciated.

Central blast cleaning seem to be good I know they deffo do flocking

Ive got a resto thread somewhere! Just always forget to take ma camera down to my workshop. lol

Being young (20) and never really gone in this deep with playing with cars before its all very slow TBH cos instead of just doing something im trying to find out what it is im doing exactly and why, if ya get what i mean!?!

Plus funds are tight etc etc......... but all being well im aiming for april(ish) for the car to be done. We will see.......

Central Blast did mine, cost £120.00 all in to include glovebox lid etc. Did a good job, however it's a swine to keep the dust off... Looks good though...

Plastics4performance will be able to supply you with perspex or polycarbonate(the polycarbonate being stronger).They are on the net but cannot remember if it is .com or .co.uk?Here is the number anyhow 07890513398.

how do the windows fit?


do they go inside original mountings so you could still use winder or are they just riveted into / on frame


any ideas on a price on the all 4 side windows,

Perspex windows use sliders (if you want them) not designed to go up and down Gus.

They would scratch like **** and then look siht (SP ? )

Rear windows can either fit into original rubbers or just be drilled and screwed to the window lip (normally under the rubber).

Will save masses of weight, but you loose security and will probabbly leak if kept outside.

im not to keen on the little sliding windows you get, you would never get a big mac through the little whole

Paul can add a coating onto it to resist the scratching but its expensive.

Polycarb will still scratch, its a plastic and not much can stop any plastic from scratching

Sliders are designed to get an A4 sized clipboard through, so a big mac is no problem, you just spill your shake all over you when tilting the cup over to go though the hole lol
